Mediation

We are trained to function as a neutral for parties involved in divorce, support or child custody issues. The parties are not represented by attorneys and the formalities of a trial are not followed. For divorcing couples that are able to cooperate, mediation is less expensive and faster than litigation.

Collaborative Divorce

Collaborative Divorce is an exciting alternative to the traditional litigated divorce. With an agreement not to go to Court, the divorcing parties meet to negotiate their differences. The attorneys are present at all negotiations. With an informal setting and an agreement not to litigate, there is no need for expensive discovery procedures and courtroom litigation. Some have called it "divorce with dignity" or "peaceful divorce". This is a new way for divorcing parties to control the process and avoid the unknowns of litigated divorce. Your lives remain private. Children are kept out of court and the important decisions are in your control rather than a judge.
